It has been my personal belief that beauty can be found in every situation and season of life, and this philosophy is deeply ingrained in everything we do here.

As a child, I heard a saying that when you create something with your hands, you live on forever through it. While this sentiment may seem whimsical to some, the idea of creating something with my own two hands resonated with me and has become the legacy I aspire to leave for my family. It doesn’t have to be grand, just made with love.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various fields such as kitchen design, commercial design sales, real estate, and business ownership. For the past four years, I have been the proud owner of Rock Hill Woodworking, alongside my husband where we specialize in manufacturing custom doors and mouldings. It has been an incredible journey filled with challenges and rewards. 

However, my true passion lies in creating and sharing designs with others. With three young children to care for, plus our business, I realized that starting a blog would be the perfect outlet for me. Not only does it provide me with the flexibility I need, but it also allows me to pursue my passion while connecting with a larger audience. Creating something new brings me immense joy and having a purpose behind it makes it even more fulfilling.
